This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of the scripts, prims, mesh, sounds, textures, marketing materials, and media files, along with the Foxtrot Breedables game application, software, associated upgrades, patches, and updates, and related services (collectively referred to as the "Game"), provided by the creators of Foxtrot Breedables (the "Creators").

Acceptance

By rezzing, purchasing, using, breeding, or otherwise interacting with any Foxtrot Breedables item, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the Game.

Authentic Items & Registration

Definitions

"Registered Copy" means any Foxtrot Breedables manufactured item, including homes, nests, treats, potions, beacons, and other supporting objects, that is issued by the Creators (or an authorized vendor) and eligible for game server interaction.

"Authentic Pets" means living game entities, including all species offered under the Foxtrot Breedables name and their eggs or offspring, that were generated and recorded by the game servers through normal gameplay or official vendor delivery.

Any duplicate, cloned, or otherwise unrecorded item or pet is counterfeit and not licensed for use.

Condition of License

Your license to use Foxtrot Breedables items applies only to Registered Copies and Authentic Pets. Use of counterfeit or unregistered items is a breach of this EULA.

Ownership

All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Game (including, without limitation, all scripts, 3D mesh, textures, text, graphics, sounds, trait systems, breeding mechanics, names, themes, objects, slogans, diagrams, concepts, domain names, and any other elements which are part of the Game, individually or in combination) and any copies thereof are owned exclusively by the Creators. Any reproduction or representation of these materials in any way and for any reason is prohibited without prior written permission of the Creators.

This EULA confers no title or ownership in the Game and should not be construed as a sale of any rights. Except as expressly set forth herein, all rights not granted to you are expressly reserved by the Creators.

Data Management

As part of maintaining a secure and functional game environment, the Creators implement the following data practices:

1. Anti-Fraud Telemetry: You consent to the collection of limited anti-fraud telemetry related to Foxtrot Breedables items (e.g., object UUIDs, owner IDs, version numbers, server timestamps, and server signatures) solely to verify authenticity, investigate fraud, and enforce this EULA.
2. Server-Side Data: The Game stores pet traits, breeding history, lineage records, listing history, and ownership data on Creator-operated servers. This data is used solely to operate the Game.
3. No Sale of Data: Your personal data will not be sold, traded, or provided to third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

Rights & Limitations

Limitations

You must not remove or alter any Foxtrot Breedables copyright notices, trademarks, or branding from any item.

Use of Foxtrot Breedables elements, or any part thereof, as part of a trademark, trade name, service mark, or logo outside of the official Game designation is strictly prohibited.

All Foxtrot Breedables items issued through officially designated vendors within the Second Life platform shall be considered Registered Copies. You may resell Registered Copies and Authentic Pets to third parties via secondary markets within the Second Life platform, provided they abide by this EULA.

Incorporation of Foxtrot Breedables game elements into design applications for resale, including textures, background images, template items, or any other use resulting in redistribution of Game assets, is strictly prohibited.

You must comply with all applicable laws and with the Second Life Terms of Service and Community Standards regarding your use of the Game.

Restrictions

1. You shall not modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or decompile the Game or any part thereof.
2. You shall not manipulate, exploit, or otherwise use discovered vulnerabilities, whether in Foxtrot Breedables products, the Second Life viewer, or the Second Life platform itself, to circumvent game mechanics.
3. You shall not use the Game for any illegal, unauthorized, or inappropriate purposes.
4. You are prohibited from using the Game on any platform other than Second Life.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Duplicate, clone, spoof, or attempt to reproduce any Foxtrot Breedables item or pet;
• Use, sell, list, or transfer any counterfeit or unregistered item or pet;
• Exploit bugs, deprecated content, or security gaps to obtain items, traits, or in-game advantages;
• Use automation, bots, or circumvention tools against Foxtrot Breedables objects or servers;
• Use alternate accounts to disguise prohibited conduct or evade enforcement.

Enforcement

The Creators may, in their sole but good-faith discretion: suspend or ban accounts (including linked alts); invalidate or seize counterfeit or fraudulently obtained items; void in-game gains obtained through prohibited conduct. Grounds may include inventories inconsistent with server records, refusal to provide verification of purchase, or patterns consistent with item duplication. Decisions are final. The Creators are not obligated to provide refunds for enforcement actions related to prohibited conduct.

Verification Requests

The Creators may request reasonable information to verify an item, including transaction details, vendor name, and time of purchase. Failure to provide verification may result in enforcement action.

Graphic Use & Intellectual Property

All graphics, textures, and logos used in the Game are protected under applicable copyright law and the Second Life Terms of Service. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of these assets is strictly prohibited.

Permissible

• Taking screenshots of your Foxtrot Breedables pets and items as they appear in-world.
• Using Foxtrot Breedables items in personal or promotional screenshots shared in community spaces.

Prohibited

• Extracting, copying, or redistributing unwrapped textures or mesh.
• Purchasing or using stolen Foxtrot Breedables assets.
• Selling or distributing (even for free) any Foxtrot Breedables textures, logos, or graphics.

Alternate Account Policy

Permitted Uses

• Purchasing items from the Foxtrot Breedables mainstore or marketplace.
• General gameplay, including breeding and item ownership.

Prohibited Uses

• Using alts to participate in giveaways, contests, hunts, or limited-event distributions. These are one-per-human-participant.
• Using alts to circumvent bans or enforcement actions.
• Using alts to artificially inflate breeding lineage values or disrupt secondary markets, including the classifieds system.

Disclosure

Players must disclose alternate accounts upon request by the Creators. Failure to do so, where alts are being used for prohibited purposes, may result in bans across all related accounts.

Versioning & Deprecation

The Creators may deprecate vulnerable or outdated game items and disable server support for them following a posted grace period. Using deprecated items after the grace period is a breach of this EULA. The Creators reserve the right to enforce without further notice.

Game Mechanics & Special Item Terms

The following in-game mechanics and item types are subject to these additional terms:

Breeding

Trait inheritance, breeding outcomes, and any special or premium traits are governed entirely by game mechanics and are probabilistic. The Creators make no guarantee of any specific breeding outcome or trait result.

Beacons & Classifieds Listings

Beacons connect eligible pets to the Foxtrot Breedables classifieds system. Listings are subject to the fees, durations, and rules published on the Foxtrot Breedables website at the time of listing. The Creators are not responsible for listings that lapse due to a pet being removed, sold, or relocated away from a beacon, and are not obligated to reimburse listing fees under those circumstances.

Special & Limited Species or Editions

Certain pets, traits, or species may be offered on a special, limited, or event basis. Availability, trait pools, and odds for these offerings follow the same probabilistic game mechanics as standard breeding, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

Community Conduct

As a participant in the Foxtrot Breedables community, you are required to maintain respectful conduct across all community spaces, including in-world groups and Discord. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Defamation or spreading false information about Foxtrot Breedables or its community.
• Harassing, griefing, or abusing other players or the Creators.
• Manipulating or causing disruptions in secondary markets, including classifieds listings.
• Sending mass or unsolicited messages to group members for advertising or other purposes.

Violations may result in suspension or permanent ban from some or all Foxtrot Breedables platforms, communities, and in-world groups.

Secondary Market Sales

The Creators are not a party to any player-to-player transaction and accept no liability for any gains or losses arising from secondary market sales, including those conducted through the classifieds system. Players trade and sell at their own risk.

The Creators do not govern transactions between players, except where they conflict with rules outlined in this EULA.

Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. You may terminate by ceasing all use of the Game and deleting all copies in your possession. The Creators may terminate your license if you fail to comply with any term herein. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game.

Limitation of Liability

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS, CREDITS, OR EXCHANGES, EXCEPT AT THE EXPRESS DISCRETION OF THE CREATORS. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE CREATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) IN CONNECTION WITH ANY CLAIM, LOSS, DAMAGE, ACTION, SUIT, OR PROCEEDING ARISING UNDER OR OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION YOUR USE OF, RELIANCE UPON, ACCESS TO, OR EXPLOITATION OF THE GAME, OR ANY PART THEREOF, EVEN IF THE CREATORS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

No Warranties; All Sales Final

ALL SALES ARE FINAL TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. THE GAME AND ALL ITEMS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Creators are located, as determined by the Creators, excluding its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this EULA will be brought exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction, and the parties hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

Severability

If any provision of this EULA is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect, and the invalid provision will be deemed modified to be valid and enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Entire Agreement

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Creators regarding use of the Game and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, communications, or agreements, written or oral, regarding the subject matter herein.
