Legacy Pet Changes

📣 Legacy Product Discontinuation Notice

We’re announcing an upcoming change regarding our Legacy Products in Second Life.

The following products will be officially discontinued at the end of December 2025:

• Funny Ferrets
• Bluegrass Chickens
• Shetland Sheep
• Butters
• Alpaca
• Highland Horses
• Rooks

🛒 Purchasing Timeline

• These Legacy products will remain available for purchase through December 31, 2025.
• During this time, you may continue to purchase:
  • Animals
  • Mating baskets
  • Potions
  • And spend any existing Afterlife Points related to these products

🗓️ Effective January 1, 2026

• All vendors related to the above Legacy products will be removed from the in-world store, including:
  • Product vendors
  • Afterlife vendors
• These products will no longer be sold or supported going forward.

✅ What Will Continue to Work

• All existing Legacy products will continue to function normally.
• If you already own animals, potions, or mating baskets:
  • You can continue to use them
  • You can continue breeding after January 1
• Nothing you currently own will be disabled or taken away.

🆓 Free Home Objects

• To ensure continued usability, Home Objects for each Legacy pet will remain available for FREE.
• This allows you to:
  • Birth animals
  • Collect offspring
  • Continue enjoying your Legacy pets long-term

We know many of these products have been around for a long time, and we genuinely appreciate everyone who has supported them over the years. This change allows us to focus on the future while ensuring existing customers are fully taken care of.

These products aren’t being erased — they’re being given a clear, stable sunset so we can move forward responsibly.
