Foxtrot Marketplace Rules and Regulations

General Marketplace Guidelines

Community Standards

• All marketplace activities must follow Second Life’s community guidelines
• Harassment, offensive language, or discriminatory behavior based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, or sexual orientation is prohibited
• Follow Wheaton’s Law: “Do not be a dick”
• Be kind to each other – if you cannot say something kind, please do not speak to them
• Blocking CSRs will result in a delay of service. Blocking the Owner will result in no services at all

Rental Policies

• First come, first served rental system with waiting list terminals available
• By renting space, you accept all rules and regulations
• Maintain an active inventory – empty stalls will not be refunded
• Do not cover rental boxes – they must remain accessible
• If you’re next on the waiting list, you have 48 hours to claim your spot
• Stall sharing is not possible at this time we cannot add anyone to your stall

Payment Information

• Rentals must be paid on time, if you miss you have a grace period to pay, if you do not pay after the grace period your spot is forfeit
• Stalls overdue for 48 hours will be reset and contents returned.
• No refunds for empty stalls (meaning if you decide to leave it will sit empty until it expires)
• Customers are responsible for tracking payment due dates.We do contact you when you are in expired status but it is not our responsibility if you do not pay the rent. This is why we give you that 48 hour grace period.
• If you wish to rent a different space you MAY, but any RENTAL movement MUST be submitted via ticket.

Property-Specific Guidelines

Height restrictions are for both shop types and all paddocks: No decor outside the fences or OVER the height of the fences. The PETS will be taller then the fences and they are ALLOWED to be. That’s what we want people to see, the pets.

Paddocks

• Keep all items within fence boundaries (height restriction applies)
• No floating signs, animated characters, particle/sound emitters
• No buildings or religious iconography
• Plants and Foxtrot pets may exceed fence height

Shops

• Keep decor within designated areas
• No floating signs, animated characters, particle/sound emitters
• No additional buildings or structures
• No decor on building facades (barn doors must remain visible)
• Tasteful shelving permitted on doors but may not cover them
• Keep decor in the fenced yard area (below fence line)
• No religious iconography
• No decor on 2nd floor of buildings outside you may use the inside of the 2nd floor for selling pets or holding HOME objects.
• Foxtrot Shop style Single floor: Flat shelves on barn doors permitted if doors remain visible
• Foxtrot Shop Style two storied: Flat shelves permitted under both windows, no covering building facade

Pods

• Pets and Plants only
• One landmark giver and one logo sign permitted but must be ON the pod itself, not in the grass not over the top.
• No floating signs, animated characters, particle/sound emitters
• No builds or religious iconography

Communication Channels

Discord & Group Rules

• PG-13 content in general areas (18+ areas will be clearly labeled)
• No spamming or multi-posts
• No political, pandemic, or religious discussions
• No drama, harassment, or disrespectful behavior
• Server/group concerns go directly to SilenzZzz Mistwalker

Support & Issue Resolution

Chain of Command

• Submit a support ticket fo assistance.
• If you wish a specific CSR make that ask in your ticket for that CSR
• Do not contact Streex directly for support, you will be asked to submit a ticket

Rule Enforcement & Disciplinary Actions

1. First Warning: 24 hours to fix issues before enforcement
2. Second Warning: Suspension from World Chat, Discord, and main sim for 48 hours with immediate item return
3. Third Warning: One-week removal from all channels with one-month rental suspension
4. Final Action: Ban from official groups, Discord, and main sim (pets will still function)

Disciplinary action is at the Owner (Streex Foxtrot) & Operation Manager’s (SilenzZzz Mistwalker’s) discretion. If you feel your discipline is unjust, please submit a support ticket and it will be discussed openly with you.

Additional Notes

• Foxtrot Breedables is not a democracy – SilenzZzz Miswalker’s rulings are final
• Sellers may set their own prices in this free market. Foxtrot will NOT enforce a pricing structure.
• Auction houses do not need to get permission or be certified to auction Foxtrot Pets or Plants. They are welcome to be auctioned off at any market that would like to run auctions.

• Privacy is of paramount importance to Foxtrot Breedables, if you wish to talk about your account, we will happily do so with you ONLY, we will not discuss your account or holdings with ANYONE outside of your own avatar.
