Foxtrot Updates for Dec 2022

• A new Breedable system that involves pets + plants is in development at Foxtrot
  • Not like other farm systems (This will be intended for USG and SL)
  • Starting with a breedable Alpaca. (*see image at bottom of post)
    • These will EAT food, that you will GROW.
    • Coat and Eye traits!
      • There is a ton to work out with this kind of system so bear with us while we are still in development. But if you ever wanted to give feedback NOW is the time. What would you like to see done? What might we miss as a creator that you are striving for?

• Foxtrot Breedables is MOVING!
  • We are currently renting a sim. We will be moving to a new region that is owned by Sebastien, where my managers can really manage the sim, and I have complete control.
  • This will also save us close to $300 USD a YEAR. That saves us big time, and what we save we intend to pass on to the customer with marketplace rental prices to bring them DOWN further.
    • Renters who move, within the first two-week window will get extra added time onto their rent we’re thinking 2 weeks or so, but we have not finalized that.
    • We are currently decorating and making better use of the space.
  • Marketplace
    • We have made it a touch smaller, 12 paddocks, 18 Pods, and 25 shops. We can expand if this does not meet the need.
  • Pricing
    • Will NOT change at all on Green Garden or Pets both standard and Legacy.
• Hiring
  • Auctioneers / Marketing people – Those who wish to help get the word out, I would rather not use bots if I can keep from it. (please send a Notecard with experience RL or SL accepted and at least 2 resident references)
    • Good with people, and good at following the rules set out by each advertising group.
      • Remember if you get into trouble, “I” Get into trouble.
    • Auctioneers are paid by tips, Marketing personnel will be given a small profit share.
  • CSR (please send a Notecard with experience RL or SL accepted and at least 2 resident references)
    • Good customer service skills
    • online availability at least 3 or more days a week
    • willingness to learn and be understanding with customers, and those who do not speak English.
    • CSRs are paid by negotiated profit share and may get land use benefits as well
